ABSTRACT
Traditional brief introduction to the theory of quantum computation (CQ)
is presented, considering the mathematical and physical prerequisites in Linear
Algebra and Quantum Mechanics. Next, a brief introduction to high-level
semantic is proposed to explain the CQ. Finally, as a main purpose of this
work, the ratio for the traditional circuit-Jozsa Deutsh algorithms and Grover,
and topological pair will be explained, using these semantics to demonstrate
its correctness; with special emphasis on the benefits obtained from this new
way of presenting.
